Legal Claims, Assertions or Demands
We DO NOT accept any form of electronic service of any legal action or claim whatsoever unless it is (a) first filed in a bona fide and authorised Ucadia Court; and (b) the form and nature of service conforms exactly as prescribed by the rules of the specific competent forum; and (c) a formal record of a prior dispute exists between the parties, prior to such service; and (d) the Company has communicated in writing that it is willing to accept such an electronic service.
All documents sent to us containing a Legal Claim, Assertion or Demand that DO NOT COMPLY with the present Legal Statement shall have NO FORCE OR EFFECT IN LAW and shall be REJECTED AS UNSUBSTANTIATED with no further action. If such unsolicited demands continue, then the Company shall take every measure in its power to contact law enforcement authorities to report such unsubstantiated demands and any and every other legal and public action available to them, to cause such action to cease and desist, including but not limited to pursuing criminal or legal charges against people who make false demands against the Company.
